Q. Do you have a quality system to which you adhere?
A. At Alpha Electronics we are Registered as an ISO9001:2000 Company.

Q. Are your calibrations traceable?
A. Yes. All certificates are traceable to national standards via a UKAS Laboratory.

Q. Do you include results with your certificates?
A. Our calibration system is fully computerised so results are supplied at no extra charge.

Q. Can you include pre-calibration results if required?
A. For a small additional charge, these can be supplied, without altering our turn round time.

Q. What is your turn round time?
A. We would always quote 5 working days.

Q. Does that include any repairs?
A. Obviously all repairs are different, but we complete about 80% of repairs in this time scale also.

Q. What if I forget my instruments are due to be calibrated?
A. Another service we supply is our free recall facility. We can contact you a couple of weeks before your instruments are due to allow you time to get them together.

Q. Do I have to send the instruments to you?
A. We offer a free pick up and delivery service over a very wide area, so you do not have to worry about postage cost or packing the instrument for delivery.

Q. What guarantee do you supply?
A. All our repairs are guaranteed for 6 months, subject to normal operational wear and tear.

Q. Do you carry accessories if I require them?
A. Our spares and parts stock is extremely comprehensive, so again you are not left waiting for a lead set or crocodile clip!

Q. Do we need to supply an order when you collect the instruments?
A. On any calibration this would obviously speed up the process; however, if an instrument is in for repair we will supply a quotation, free of charge, before any work commences.
